We are proud to offer several convenient delivery options, so you can enjoy your new furniture as soon as possible!

In-stock items will normally arrive within 7-10 business days and back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive. Custom, made-to-order items are normally delivered within 8–16 weeks.

Free Shipping

Choose this option and your items will be shipped right to your front door, or to the first floor/lobby of your apartment or condo building. Please remember that from there, you are responsible for the assembly and installation of the items.

Delivery will occur between 9AM – 6PM. For your convenience, we are happy to offer a 48-hour advance notice of your delivery time, as well as a 4–6-hour window for delivery.

Upgraded shipping

Choose this option and you can simply sit back and relax! Our delivery team will professionally assemble and install your new furniture in the room/s of your choice, thoroughly inspect everything, and remove all packaging materials.

Export Furniture

Love Casa but live outside the United States?

We can export our furniture anywhere in the world! Using our established relationships with leading local carriers around the globe, we’re proud to offer a cost effective and world-class export delivery service for our customers.

Ordering and exporting is easy!

  1. Order your furniture pieces online and choose “Pick-Up” as your delivery option
  2. Schedule your order with a Casa online sales associate
  3. Your new furniture will be shipped to the freight forwarder and delivered by a local carrier

Delivery and shipping charges are not included. Customer is responsible for customs and brokerage charges. Your furniture order will be sent to the freight forwarder once the complete order is in stock (unless explicitly requested). United States-based credit cards are required for orders. With the exception of manufacturer defects, our standard furniture warranty does not apply for exports. Courtesy parts are available upon request.
