At Casa Furniture, we want to make receiving your furniture as quick and as easy as possible. To avoid possible delays in the event of a return. please inspect vour new products as soon as they are delivered.

Online Return Policy

  • This policy applies to customers who placed their order to Casa on our website or any third-party marketplace.
  • Contact our Customer Care department at (407) 567-0020 within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returned merchandise must be received in original packaging and condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective (see below).
    Custom-ordered items are ineligible for returns.
  • Please note: we do our best to present the furniture as close as we can to their real colors, however appearance of the furniture may vary from one electronic device to another, do to screen resolutions... also no wood or leather material is equal. please make sure you are aware of this point and we hope you will love your furniture like we do.
  • In the event of an exchange, if no adequate replacement is available and the return is authorized, a full refund will be provided.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • We strongly encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept it from the carrier.
  • Contact our Customer Care department at (407) 567-0020 within 5 days of delivery.
  • You may return the item for a replacement or full refund if eligible.
  • You may be required to submit photographs of the damaged or defective product and its packaging.
  • The item’s original packaging is required to facilitate a return unless it was damaged in transit and is unusable.

Cancellations

  • For your convenience, orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Once your order has entered the processing phase, all cancellations will be treated as returns.

Returns

  • To initiate a return or to make a claim, contact our Customer Care department at (407) 567-0020 within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Items that are not damaged but are eligible for a return will incur a 25% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please note: Not all items may be approved by Casa Furniture for a return. Merchandise must meet the following terms to be considered eligible for a return.

Terms for Returns and Exchanges:

  • -All returned items must be in the condition in which they were delivered with their original packaging.
  • -Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
  • -Items must be shipped via UPS in their original packaging at the buyer’s expense.
  • -Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank.
  • -Casa Furniture reserves the right to inspect all merchandise and accept or deny a full or partial return.
  • -Deliveries outside of the state of Florida are delivered with a third-party carrier, customer will be responsible for the original delivery cost plus the returning of the product/s to our distribution center which will be an additional 50% of the original delivery cost. This will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • In the event of an exchange, Casa Furniture will make every attempt to find an appropriate replacement. If no such replacement is available, you will be issued a refund with shipping included, via a company check or the original method of payment.

Damaged Merchandise

  • We recommend that you thoroughly inspect all merchandise before signing and thereby accepting your final delivery. Casa Furniture is not responsible for any damage discovered after the delivery has been accepted.

Replacements or Changes

  • In the event of an exchange or replacement, Casa Furniture will replace the merchandise at no additional cost to the buyer. The buyer may pick up the merchandise from our warehouse or arrange for other means of transportation (e.g., shipping) at the buyer’s expense.

Defective Merchandise

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • -Design services.
  • -Merchandise from the Outlet section.
  • -Items marked as Clearance or Floor Samples.
  • -Purchases made in our Casa Furniture retail locations.
  • -Other special orders that have been customized for the buyer and/or end-user.
  • We want your buying experience to be as easy and as worry-free as possible.
