I conducted thorough research before making my purchase. I appreciate the storage feature in each seat, and they appear to be quite sturdy. Initially, I had concerns about a malfunctioning recliner, but it eventually started working, and another issue I thought I caused also resolved itself somehow. I rated it 4 stars for comfort, as I was prepared for some discomfort based on the reviews I read prior to buying. While they are indeed comfortable, I do wish the seats were slightly deeper or taller for better comfort when sitting upright. To enhance back and neck support in different seating positions, I purchased lumbar pillows. These couches are incredibly easy to reconfigure, which was the main reason for our purchase. With these couches arranged four wide and two deep, the four of us can comfortably enjoy movies with our feet up and plenty of space. In my small living room, they fit perfectly and create the illusion of more space. Each section arrived in its own box, making it ideal for a walk-up apartment like ours on the third floor, where narrow stairs made it challenging to transport our previous Ikea couch. I've even slept on it a few times, finding it comfortable, though it might benefit from a topper for extended use. Overall, these couches perfectly meet my needs.
