Agreement Between Applicant and Casa Modern Furniture
Welcome to the Casa Modern Furniture Partner Program.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve both you and your clients’ needs.
This program is limited to registered designers, architects and other trade professionals that are purchasing items for, or on behalf of their clients.
Prior to any discount or commission being paid or applied, an up to date partner registration must be on file with a current resale certificate. If the Partner Program member prefers to receive a commission instead of a discount, a W-9 form must be on file.
The member is also responsible for notifying your Sales Associate if the order will be as a discount to the client or a commission to the member prior to customer purchasing.
All partner discounts/or commissions apply only to regular priced merchandise. The partner discount or commission can not be applied to any floor model, as–is, or final sale priced goods.
All prices are FOB our local warehouse. All delivery charges or shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. Discounts do not apply to delivery/shipping.
All regular terms of sale at Casa Modern Furniture apply to partner orders. If the partner prefers that the client pay directly, the partner must be present at the time of sale, and present their Partner Program membership card. Any such order will require signatures from both client and the partner. If a partner is using his or her tax exempt card, the sale must be written and paid for in the partners name. The partner will be responsible for collecting and remitting appropriate sales tax based on their resale invoice.
Casa Modern Furniture reserves the right to revoke, change, update or alter the Partner Program at any time with or without notice.
